Local agency Fialkov Digital and their client Ofakim, wanted to showcase the city and generate leads for a new housing development going in an up-and-coming area.
After initially testing static images Fialkov Digital decided to run video ads to capture audience attention. The video ads were created from a single static image and were effective in drawing attention to an otherwise plain still asset.
Early test insights showed that ads featuring videos in carousel format brought in more leads at a lower cost, hence Fialkov Digital shifted focus towards this kind of ad creative for the remainder of the campaign.

This is the first time that the city has used Facebook as a marketing platform. We wanted to reach as many relevant people as possible and introduce them to this growing neighbourhood. The campaign brought in a high number of leads in a short time—at a much lower cost per lead than we anticipated.
